Our Experience The Miracle of CommunionFire
CommunionFire opens the floodgates of increasing our excitement and faith personally and with one another.
Another blessing is that coming to His Table each day connects Camille and I spiritually and that's where our love blooms - In His presence.
The Miracle happens when we do as JESUS asked, "to remember Him" in Communion. When having Communion we really encounter Him and He shares His life with us. What He shares is usually very simple and then becomes more profound throughout the day.
The Fire is His presence. Being in His presence exposes us to His glory (light, fire, life) We feast on Him as the bread of life and drink in His life from the cup. JESUS says when we do this we have His life inside us! (John 6:51-58)
When Camille and I stopped what we were doing and had Communion, as we do almost everyday, we spent a moment with Him at his Table. Then we take some time to share with each other what we experienced.
This morning Camille shared, "In the bread and cup I kept seeing the humped line - like an "Omega" that you saw yesterday in the shape of the inch worm." So we discussed the "Omega" vision knowing full well that the Holy Spirit would fill the sails of our dialog. He always does!
We knew Jesus said "I am the Alpha and Omega". So we started here.
A little quick search online and immediately she found an attorney in Sweetwater Texas, Peter Lopez, who has done wonderful research for his "The Beauty of the Bible" blog.
He writes, “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” first appears in Revelation 1:8 and 11 and last appears in Revelation 21:6 and 22:13. However, the depiction of Jesus as the Aleph and the Tav is first made in Genesis 1:1. When Jesus says to John before the grand revelation, “I am the Aleph and the Tav,” He is, in fact, referencing the first sentence of the Bible." "In the beginning was the heavens and the earth."
Hebrew letters all have pictures, numbers and musical notes that correspond to each letter.
We found out The pictograph for Aleph is a 'bull' (as in the bullock sacrifice in Leviticus) and the Tav pictograph is the Cross! Jesus was our strong sacrifice! Aleph Tav is also the "Signature" of God or "the Mark" of God!
Its interesting to note that in the past 5 days I have seen the "Omega" shape three different times in CommunionFire. We are trying to learn more as we go along how these encounters might connect. So when the Holy Spirit showed Camille the actual Greek letter Omega - it finally made us sit up and take notice! We feel like we are just scratching the surface too.
We really get to know and enjoy each other in the loving afterglow of CommunionFire. Its where we see Jesus. Seeing Him shows us how to love with His kind of care, gentleness and kindness. By engaging Him through Communion personally we are learning to reflect Him in our relationship and with others.
